New York
I had the pleasure of being able to make it back to Long Island one weekend this past October. The waves were super fun, just had a little too much west wind on it. Here are a couple of shots I grabbed in the AM on October 26th, 2008

I have finally finished the Part I and Part II galleries from our trip up to the Outer Banks last month. There are about 200 shots altogether with a few sequences mixed in. Featured riders include Shea Lopez, Peter Mendia, Will Skudin and Johnathan Mincher. You can visit these galleries by going to www.reddawnproductions.net, or by going to the "Galleries" Column on the top right-hand side of this page.

The Outer Banks
10/20/2008 - 10/21/2008
It's been awhile since I've posted on my blog, so I thought these lines from the OBX would efficiently jump start a chain of fall entries. There are a few different Surfline articles up now on this past weeks swell in NY, NJ and NC so check those out if you haven't already. This upcoming weekend looks to provide some swell in NY at around the same time that I'll be in town, hopefully this results in a couple of photos and a good surf! Enjoy the photos, and look forward to a gallery coming soon.

Summer Sun and South Swells
There has been a really steady South around for the past week or so. Hopefully it will help pack the sand in a little better and shape up some of the existing sandbars. I have been surfing 2 or 3 times a day lately but I try to take a few shots in the evening when the wind dies down a bit. It should actually be good tomorrow. Just a few shots of some sloppy waves.

Spring Fling
Now that the air temp consistently rises to 60F, the sun stays out till 7:30PM and a good majority of people are shedding neoprene, must mean spring is well on its way and summer is around the bend. I took a couple of shots this weekend; I didn't get anything too great considering most of the time was spent in the water enjoying the spring sunshine and sub-tropical warmth.

March Madness: Puerto Rico
This past winter I was able to spend somewhere around 4 weeks down in Puerto Rico. Three of those weeks provided solid swell and allowed for tons of water time and plenty of photographic evidence. I have attached a couple of shots from last week in P.R. when a fun north filled in after the XXL swell in March. Check them out, comment on them.

"The End"
Here are some photos from Thursday. Me and the newly established Boogie Down Clan found ourselves plenty of swell which unfortunately happened to be governed by plenty of wind, What else is new on the dong. Check em out. Hopefully I will find some time this week to upload a new gallery to Red Dawn containing the winter of 2008's 4th quarter.
